Welcome to the ANANSE On-Line Market Platform (“Platform”), for the objective of facilitating the sale and purchase of products/goods (“Services”). Please note that by accessing www.ananse.com and its related websites and other ancillary applications, you are expressly agreeing to the following terms and conditions (“Terms/Agreement”), including any ancillary relevant policies. Please note that these Terms/Agreement, therefore constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Merchant and/or the Consumer and ANANSE and are effective from upon your, as the Merchant and/or Consumer stipulated in these Terms.

ANANSE SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames stipulated by ANANSE, please make sure that your address is correctly captured and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. ANANSE will not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided by you, the Consumer, is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Ensure that the shipping address provided is of a vacant physical address. Shipping is not available to a P.O. Box address. After your payment is authorized and verified, DHL will ensure speedy delivery between 3-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). The status of the delivery can be tracked by using the waybill/tracking number provided. Simply login to your customer account and view the status of your order, under your order history page.

Note: Ananse ships on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis.

This means the price you pay to Ananse will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient, you’ll need to instead pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Ananse 'Free Delivery' promotions cover delivery costs which excludes any additional customs duties and taxes that may be levied by your country's tax authority when your order arrives.
